I had to stay for 3 days for an unexpected illness. The doctors and nurses were extremely thorough and caring around the clock. Thank you for taking good care of me and getting me back to health. ????

Absolute disaster. That such a thing is possible in Switzerland... even in Latin America the care is better and the doctors more professional.

I broke my leg, triple alveolar fracture, open massive wound. I thought the worst...
The Trauma team did a perfect job, they fixed the fracture with a master piece operation. The nurse team treated me with sympathy and professionally. The food was better that in some restaurants I've been...Seriously, this people need a medal.

It was the worst experience I hade visiting a big hospital like Biel hospital and not being treated well or even professionally, so disappointed as a patient and taking my daughter there too . Definitely not recommend this facility.

Richtig unfreundlich. Ich habe einer Ärztin gefragt wann der Arzt kommt darauf hin antwortet sie mir nicht. Statt auf Patienten zu behandeln lachen sie zusammen und Trinken ein Caffè. Es ist Jetzt 02:00 und wir sind um 18:10 angekommen. Wir haben für ein Bluttest 3 Stunden gewartet. Sie haben meine Mutter vergessen zu behalten. Keine wirkliche Hilfe aber nicht brauchbares Fachwissen.
Ich rate sie nicht hier hin zu kommen.
Am Ende bekamen wir nur ein Dafalgan Tablette. ????

Extrem unkompetent es beginnt bereits am Empfang bei dem Notfall, an Arroganz und Frechheit nicht zu übertreffen. Bei einem Notfall wird nur dumm geschaut und nichts unternommen.
Als ich danach nach Bern ging wurde uns nach 3 min. sofort geholfen und über das Vorgehen in Biel wurde nur der Kopf geschüttelt.
Das Beste war noch die «netten» Gespräche unter den Pflegerinnen die alle 30 Minuten eine Zigarette rauchen gehen können und sich lautstark über das Team und die Patienten beschweren. Hier wäre eine Schulung das Personals sehr notwendig.
Dieses Spital bitte vermeiden!!

Bonjour à tous,
Le 26.12.2022 je me suis rendu au urgence de l’hôpital, 10 minutes après mon arrivée, j’ai fais un infarctus avec 2 arrêts cardiaques!
Clairement l’équipe des urgences et le cardiologue m’ont sauvé la vie, j’ai été très bien pris en charge.
Je remercie tout le monde, je pense que les gens concernés se reconnaîtront!
