Amazing personal service from a family-owned company. The perfect place to buy watches and jewelry. Gerd Hilbich and his team are extremely professional and caring. Nice customizable wedding bands, and what is more, they took responsibility and straightened out an error due to a misunderstanding really professionally. Other stores probably would have tried to blame the customer, but no headaches with Zigerli and Iff. To me that's well worth the money.

Surprised by the poor customer experience, was ignored despite only two customers in the store at the time. Went to Bucherer and had a much more pleasant visit.

For me the best place in Bern to buy Patek Philippe and Rolex watches. The staff was very nice and you can feel the family atmosphere of this store.
