Dr. Isabelle Kaspari ???????? competent dentist and a very kind person. Communicative and caring. I would trust any dental issues with her and her team

The service was very good and confortable with Dr. Esteves. She and her assistant speak german, english, italian, portuguese (may be other languages) so it is perfect for foreigners (and locals)

Been there twice but haven’t done any major treatment yet, just cleaning and investigations.

I read a lot of bad reviews about the staff being rude, and I must say I had the opposite experience: eventhough I barely speak any German, everybody was very professional and helpful.

Got to a dentist in Medical Uni Bern because of the wisdom tooth’s pain. As an urgent assistance a doctor sprayed my tooth with something, because he had no time for an operation. The next appointment was set in two weeks. The price which he told me for the extraction of the tooth was almost twice higher than the same operation in a city clinic. Later on I have received a bill for the spraying my tooth and the talk (actually, it stayed there spray and the time he spent working with me), in the amount of 104 fr. I thought that the University clinic should be less expensive than a private clinic.

As a customer all I have to say is.. Take the chance and let even students for a further education on your teeth! This is very important to them that they are able to sustain more experience and earn more money afterwards! The results are possibly better than these from a self employed one because they get advise from each other and also asess it..
And its also cheaper.. You wont regret it ????

I have lost ALL of my teeth that were treated here. Let this sink in. Literally all of them, and for no need at all - 7 years ago those were all healthy teeth. My upper right side now ends with a fang (#3), i have nothing after it now, thanx to the mad skillz of swiss dentists.

I hope noone follows my example.

Unseren Termin haben wir Rasch erhalten, die Fürsorge und Behandlung war absolut vorbildlich. Herzlichen Dank für die Zeit vom ersten Telefonat, bis zum Ende der Behandlung. Alles super!! Werde bei Bedarf sofort wieder zu ihnen kommen. Liebe Grüsse

Ich hatte einen Termin für eine Zweitmeinung. Die jungen Ärzte waren sehr motiviert und zuvorkommend, die im Anschluss zugezogene erfahrene Ärztin, hatte kaum Zeit (nachdem der Pager ging). Die Akten des überweisenden Zahnarztes wurden offenbar vorgängig nich studiert, was meines Erachtens beim Einholen einer Zweitmeinung mit Überweisung erwartet werden darf.
