Sehr alltagstaugliches Ernährungsprogramm welches auch auswärts einfach umsetzbar ist. Das persönliche Coaching und Begleitung sind ein Erfolgsgarant und setzen auf eine gesunde Art Druck auf, die gesteckten Ziele zu erreichen. Damit gelang es mir nicht nur abzunehmen sondern auch mein Zielgewicht zu halten. Ich habe meine Ernährungweise und Essverhalten umgestellt ohne "leiden" zu müssen.

Allein schafft man es kaum Gewohnheiten zu ändern. Bin erstaunt was man schaffen kann, wenn man eine Person hat, die wirklich zuhört und hilft ohne dass man sich schlecht fühlen muss, ohne Druck usw. Toll!
