Professional and kind, he embellishes us to the "tips of our nails" ???? because in addition to his passion for the job, we always leave his salon with a smile, moments just for us women to make us forget the worries of everyday life... Terrible customer service! My nails went from a tan color to a snot green in a week and they wouldnt help me fix it!!

Was attending two weddings on back to back weekends so decided to treat myself and get my nails done! so I booked the original appointment online and when I showed no one was there, because they "missed" my reservation, so I had to wait a bit longer than normal which was fine, it happens. Then a week after paying 60chf for shellac, my nails turned from a nice espresso color to snot green so my plan to have nice nails for two weekends failed. So I booked another appointment to have the gross color removed, and asked in the booking process if this could be done free of charge since I expected nice nails for a few weeks - I got a confirmation so assumed it was okay. When I arrived and showed them the color they agreed it changed to a gross color, but then refused to remove the snot green color unless I paid another 28 chf.

Shocked by lack of customer service. I will not be going back.

Habe kurzfristig Angerufen und konnte zu meinem gewünschten Termin, 1 Std später, kommen. Sehr nette Frauen und vorallem sehr guter Service! Und keine Hektik im Salon......
War sehr zufrieden mit der Pedicure-Behandlung, schade seid Ihr nicht in Zürich ☺️

Bestes Studio in Bern.
Gefühlt ein Marathon durch ganze Studios in Bern gemacht bis ich hier endlich meinen Frieden fand.
Sie kennen alle Techniken, arbeiten sehr effizient und genau jedes mal tolle Nägel!
