The employees and their service are not up to the competition.
The products look nice but the quality is cheap.
The variety is very limited.
I visited once, brought an item and ordered another. The item I bought was ruined from the first wash and the item I have ordered never arrived.
I don't recommend it at all.

Ich kenne Tezenis aus Italien und mochte es immer sehr! Leider wollte ich heute zum ersten Mal etwas zurückbringen. Doch die Verkäuferin verharrte auf ihrem
Standpunkt und hatte kein Verständnis für meine Sicht! Nicht einmal auf eine Teilrückerstattung ist sie
eingegangen. Ich fühlte mich nicht verstanden. Schade!

Liebe die Unterwäschen aber kaufe in diesem Laden nichts mehr ein… Wollte etwas zurück bringen. Niemand konnte Deutsch und meinten ich kann nichts zurückgeben, dann fingen sie an arroggant italienisch zu sprechen als würde es jeder verstehen.. fühlte mich extrem unwohl.
