Haben mich in das teurere Versicherungsmodell gestuft, weil ich den "Dienstweg" beim telemed modell nicht eingehalten haben soll. Dabei war sympany durch mich informiert worden, dass ich schon lange beim Spezialisten in Behandlung und keine telemed beratung brauche. Absoluter Saftladen!

Preise für die CAR Versicherung wurde um über 20% erhöht mit fadenscheinigen Gründen wie "Ersatzteile sind teurer geworden".

Dies ohne Vorinfo, sondern einfach direkt im Mail der Rechnung beiliegend. Dreist.

Au secours :
Même si vous sélectionnez le français, aucun collaborateur n'aligne 2 mots de français correctement... !!!
Résultat PERSONNE N'A RÉPONDU A VOTRE QUESTION !!! VOUS AVEZ APPELÉ POUR RIEN ! !
J'attends toujours un remboursement qui n'arrive pas.... malgré mes appels, et des collaborateurs(trices) fort peu aimables dans ce service !
QUE SE PASSE T-IL CHEZ SYMPANY ??????
Si cela continue je LES QUITTE !

Pessima assicurazione. Sono pasata a gugnio o luglio, ancora non è iniziata, e gia ho problemi..
Devo andare al estero per le vacanze, ma la tessera ancora non è arrivata, erriva a gennaio. E se mi sucede qualcosa in ferie non so cosa e come devo fare. E ne meno il servizio per clienti ha saputo rispondere alla mia domanda di tipo : COSA DEVO PRESENTARE AL ESTERO SE MI SUCEDE QUALCOSA?
Sconsiglio vivamente questa assicurazione.

je ne recommende vraiment pas, service client zero, incapable de repondre aux emails.
Non je ne vais pas vois appeler.
Je regrette infiniment avoir quite concordia
