As an international student, I was insured with Swisscare for one and a half years and was consistently impressed with their swift and attentive customer service. Their ability to communicate fluently in English was especially appreciated. Unfortunately, I had to switch to a different insurance provider due to a change in my status. However, I hold out hope that Swisscare will become a KVG insurance in the future so that I can resume my association with them.

For the four years I lived in Switzerland, I was insured by Swisscare and always had a good experience with them. My claims were reimbursed in a timely manner, and their customer service was helpful in answering whatever questions I had. Moreover, I saved a lot of money with their very competitive premiums. If you're an international student in Switzerland I definitely recommend Swisscare.
