I just want to express my gratitude for the guidance and assistance provided by Yannick Kohler regarding health insurance. He was highly professional and took the time to understand our needs, explaining everything in simple terms for both me and my wife. This helped us choose the perfect policy. Yannick also handled all the bureaucratic processes, so we only had to sign the policy. Thank you so much for everything, Yannick!

It is the first time I am writing a review on Google, to make sure nobody else falls into this scam.
I contacted them 4 months ago for a quote. They replied fast and sent one of their representative for 2h at our house to discuss. On the paper the service was good. Then started the problem. Mr Meher, was doing the communication only by SMS, asking for passport copies, personnal information and weird question related to our health. After that I asked to have e-mails and contract because we wanted to see what we were talking about. Mr Meher never replied to my question. After 3 months I considered the subject closed. It was not. We received an affiliation to the KPT 3 months after and had to make a lot of e-mail and phone calls to get this cancelled. SuissePool never replied to my request.

I am starting a lawsuit for illegal use of private information without consent. Do not quote or contact SuissePool.

Had a personal consultation with Gokce Oktay yesterday and was happy with the service provided. Changed providers to something more fitting my requirements having had the same policy for about 12 years but being too lazy to change. Hopefully the rest of the service matches up with the initial consultation.

Nicola Hegg helped me and my husband to find a health insurance in Switzerland. He supported and advised us professionally. He has advised us with all sorts of Swiss tax and legal questions, which we appreciated a lot. Nicola's responses were always quick and efficient. We were very happy to have somebody who assisted us with these difficult topics.

I was offered a health insurance. Unfortunately my advisor, Mr Henzer, forgot to cancel my previous insurance. As a result, I am forced to partially pay the bills for the old insurance for entire year.
Despite numerours emails I was never contacted back. I also tried to reach compliance department and never got any reply for them.
Suissepool, you had one job...

Very poor service. The worker offended us and talked with us like we are little kids who don't know anything. Even though I lived in Switzerland my whole life. Never Again bye suissepol
