The worst experience i could ever have. When i came here the university booked for me, but there were no keys in the key safe. Guess what, I had to book a hotel for two nights. Yes, mistakes can happen, but the same happened to my friend a month after I came, and it I've seen people trying to get in complaining the safe wouldn't get the keys out at least two times. One would think the houskeeper would have at least apologized, but I couldn't even get that. The rooms are small, the moquette smells, and I haven't seen one kitchen clean yet, in every floor. The bed sheets had stains on them, and seeing how they made me check out, they could have been dirty from the beginning. If you do happen to check in here, be sure to make him mark every single flaw of your room, if you don't once you are checking out they will accuse you of doing it, and they will try to rip off all the money they can from you. And I'd like to remind you, this didn't happen only to me, but in two months, other people had the same experiences other than the friend I got here with (who had to pay 50CHF for "cleaning" because of stains on the carpet that were already there but we didn't point them out, and 25CHF for "damages" to the same carpet. Also to mention they had the courage to tell us we were late for the check out, when they came knocking half an hour before the agreed time, making it difficult to clean the room.)
In conclusion: rooms are small, they smell, they're probably not clean since they make the guests clean them when they leave, and then are probably untouched, the kitchen is most of the times impossible to use unless you want food poisoning, they will try to rip off every cent you have on you and last but not least if you come on weekends 4/5 of the times (statistics based upon people I met in two months here who moved in) you will not get your keys.
For the same price, you can get better, and trust me, even if it costs 100 CHF more, it is still worth 10 times this students' house.
