Decent, quite, clean, nice breakfast. Very close to the University of Bern, thus it is ideal for visiting academics.

Clean, cosy rooms with a great breakfast selection of local products. Staff was incredibly friendly and made you feel welcome at all times. The location of the hotel is also perfect, it's near the train station and only a short walk to the center of Bern.

Worst hotel experience. I was supposed to stay here for one night. On their website it says that after 4pm the Check-in had to be done on a Check-in machine, since the reception is not staffed. What they don't tell you is that they lock the door at 10pm (I arrived at 10.30pm). You can only enter with room key or a 4 digit code wich was never provided to me. They have a phone number but you only get a voicemail saying their working hours. That night I had to sleep in my car while having an important meeting next morning...thanks for that.

Excellent hotel in Bern. Great position, comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The most kind and helpful personnel ever.

The hotel is only 10 min from the train station. The rooms are nice. I also enjoyed the breakfast. However, in summer it gets really warm in the rooms (29C). There is a bit of relief by opening the window or turning on the ventilator but especially for a good night's sleep it is too warm.

Had an amazing week-long stay here. The hotel provides you everything you can hope for a comfortable stay. The location is easily accessible by the amazing public transport in Bern (else a 15 minutes walk to the old town), till late hours. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Highly recommended!

Budget accommodation for tourists. Well located and offers a good breakfast in the restuarant located in the ground floor. People looking for more elaborate service and food along with room service might want to look for another place. If you return late at night you will need to manage your entry into the hotel on your own with your card-key. No food will be available either.

The room was small but I really appreciate the little details they prepare for guests. I was really delighted by the yoga mat they place in the room. They also put an umbrella in every room and great shower gel/shampoo from rituals. Really appreciate all the little things!
