I was amazed by the way I was treated by this company! I am a small customer compared to some of their large ones and especially for this I want to share our experience. Silent Gliss is the supplier of high quality blinds. Their product is definitely high end, but then quality has no price. As can happen anywhere, a small problem occurred with my blinds. It is in cases like these that a company can really prove it can satisfy its customers and show that it acts exactly as it says on its website. Not getting anywhere with the reseller (a large well known store), I approached them directly. Within days, our problem was fixed and the blinds are now in perfect order. This is a good case where a manufacturer does what it says and who cares about all its customers, even small customers like me! Really recommendable. Thank you for the wonderful service and doing as your website states. I can only confirm that it is true: “The difference between good and excellent service is in the details”. Well done Silent Gliss and especially the competent and pleasant management.

Service après vente catastrophique. Roulettes en plastique qui se cassent. Ils viennent chercher les stores défectueux, et depuis 3 mois aucune nouvelle. Pour le prix qu’ils ont coûté nous sommes très déçus.

Meine in den Dachgibel reichenden Fenster waren eine echte Herausforderung für Silent Gliss. Dass da Mängel auftauchen können ist zu verstehen.
Herr Gisi gilt der besonders grosse Dank. Er ist immer zur Stelle "wenns brennt" und setzt sich ein, dass alles schnell wieder funktioniert.
