Loved the service provided by Patrick at the reception. Really made us feel at home and took care of all our needs before we anticipated them. He also patiently provided us with excellent recommendations around the city. Loved the rooms as well! Great location. Also Ivan and Hafdal (i think his name started with H) were extremely helpful too. I'd definitely go to back to Savoy just for the exceptional service.

The Hotel Savoy Bern is in a great location close to the train station and old town. The room is nice and the front desk provided us with a fan when we reported our air conditioning wasn't adequate. Overall great stay.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, and great location. Just a two minute walk from the train station and so close to the heart of Old Town. The staff was extremely polite and professional. I’d highly recommend staying here.

We were left stranded with no hotel after our booking company messed up. We rang the hotel and Ivan dealt with our problems and sorted us out with a room. All the staff were amazing and very friendly, helpful and happy and always on hand if we needed anything.
5 stars to the hotel and the highest praise to all the staff whom were amazing.

Booking online for international trips is sometimes difficult when choosing a hotel. Savoy Bern was a gem! The rooms and all facilities were amazing, and the location just feet from the Bern train station making for quick access to trains. We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were welcoming and very helpful throughout the stay.

It's just a short walk from the main train station, and is walkable to most of the tourist sights. Not a lot of facilities in the hotel though as it's a small one. Our room didn't have much of a view but was big and clean. The bed was comfy but I got a bit of a rash from the linens...

In a great location! The hotel is within walking distance from the train station and several food options. The reason for 4 stars is because the beds in the room. I had a king bed and instead of 1 bed. I had to small beds pushed together on wheels that did not lock. There was a gap in between the beds which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The elevator is very slow and there is only one. Other than that the hotel is nice.

We went to Bern for a long-weekend vacation and chose to stay at Hotel Savoy primary because of its location and affordability. Hotel Savoy Bern didn't disappoint us. It is really close to the main train station of Bern and close to the Bern Old town where the Zytglogge (clock tower) is located. When we booked this hotel, they have the cheapest price comparing to other hotels nearby and the room is so clean with really comfortable beds. Ivan (one of the hotel staff) is very accommodating. He took care of our needs. All of the hotel staffs are friendly too. We highly recommend this hotel to our friends and we will definitely be back on our next stay with our family.
