I came today with a friend to have a hot chocolate. They served it only half ful! The rest was just foam. I asked nicely if they can make it ful since I didn’t even drink it and it was half empty. He was so rude for asking for this. Very unfriendly service and expensive for what you get. I never complain. But this was unacceptable!

We waited for 45 mins for this pancake burger because they said they have to make it fresh. It came finally because we had to leave in 10 mins. The taste was strange, and obviously overcooked...not recommended at all!

Food is mediocre at best. Service is slow. Although the waitress is sweet. Way too expensive for the quality in my opinion. Although my sister liked the chicken burger. But I am sure there are better burger shops than this in Bern.

Way too expensive for what you get!
A tiny bagel on a very big plate for 15chf without any side dishes. Very disappointed. I never had such a small bagel with almost nothing in it.

To fill up my stomach I ordered in addition a portion of french fries. For plain french fries they charged me 12chf?!!
