Had a lot of issues trying to get prescription compression stockings.

1) checked in for fitting appointment, waited 30 mins, went to ask what was going on and they had made some clerical error where they checked me in by a different name and I would not have been seen if I didn’t go ask.

2) stockings were somehow delivered to my house but then sent back. No one called to let me know, I had to call and ask after waiting 2 weeks with no stockings. Now the last 3 times I've called them (and how many times must one call about a pair of stockings?) they ask about my address, because someone wrote in their system that my address is wrong, although I've each time confirmed that my address is correct.

3) when I went to pick them up, I realised only one pair were ordered when the prescription said 2.

Clerical errors have delayed my treatment. Front desk staff are unhelpful and do not take responsibility. Will go somewhere else next time I need something.

EDIT: After a brief and kind discussion with ownership we found a resolution that worked for both parties, a reputable company.

Paid 465 chf for insoles (second pair in 6 years and not covered by insurance). They come with a 4 month warranty. After 8 months I have developed calluses on the centres of my feet that are painful when barefoot or socked feet (the last orthotics from here also caused this problem). It will cost me 68 chf to have an adjustment because we are outside of the warranty. This is my second pair of expensive orthotic insoles from this firm and although the staff and the environment in store are absolutely wonderful, I will not purchase another pair of orthotics from here again.

Der Berater war freundlich, der Service gut. 20min zum Anpassen von zwei Einlagen: 450 Fr.
Solche Preise machen mich wütend, die Grundversicherung zahlt nichts daran.

Un accompagnement sur mesure par des spécialistes à la pointe et une équipe très performante et adéquate auprès d’enfants. Je recommande vivement! De plus l’équipe se donne de la peine pour parler un excellent français, c’est très appréciable ! Ma fille est patiente depuis de nombreuses années et en est très satisfaite!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Service im ORTHO-TEAM Bern. Ich habe eine Ganganalyse gebucht und neue Schuheinlagen erhalten. Ich habe nun deutlich weniger Fussschmerzen. Danke euch!

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Ich wollte die Handschiene ersetzen, die mir der Arzt fälschlicherweise verschrieben hat, die ich 135 chf bezahlt habe, mitarbeiterin, der dort arbeitet, war sehr unfreundlich und wollte sie nicht ersetzen und hat die von mir bezahlte nicht zurückgeschickt. Ich werde euch bei der Polizei anzeigen.

Angenehme Atmosphäre beim Eintritt, gute Beleuchtung und Farbgestaltung, viele Räumlichkeiten. - Sehr zugewandter, behutsamer, geduldiger Dialog und Umgang von einem Mitarbeiter mit einem älteren Menschen der an Demenz erkrankt ist, bei der Anpassung von Spezialschuhen plus Analyse und und und... Chapeau! Auch am Desk freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen.
