I read all the positive reviews and thought it must be overhyped. I also bought some seasoned pieces of meat which is generally not a good idea as the meat shops can hide old meat and bad taste in this way. The meat was fantastic, and I even removed the seasoning from some pieces at home to see how it really tastes and it was superb. I tried different cuts of pork and beef and all were great.

Super Sortiment. Elefantenohren (die Bratpfanne ist immer zu klein), hausgemachte Knoblauchsauce und Trämeler Steak finden alle in der Familie so etwas von lecker. Die Dauerwürstesind auch der Hit. Eigentlich ist alles super.

Die Metzgerei isch sehr schön eingerichtet. Man hat eine grosse Auswahl. Mein Highlight ist natürlich das Trämeli. Das eignet sich auch hervorragend für Fondue Chinoise. Der Betrieb wird sehr familiär geführt, was mir sehr passt.

Waren heute Morgen in dieser Metzgerei. Echt grosse Klasse!! Wollten eigentlich bloss die berühmten Trämelersteaks und etwas Aufschnitt, aber die Beratung/Bedienung ein Erlebnis! Wir haben so einiges probieren dürfen. Schlussendlich kamen wir mit einer vollen Tüte warem Gaumenschmaus raus. Riesen Kompliment an die Angestellten und Chef!
