Very bad service, very incompetent people, not nice and very unpleasant. From the reception woman to the man who was supposed to take care of my car. They treated me very bad, like I was a kid or someone of no importance. They even mistrusted me and I had to call my assurance. REALLY BAD SERVICE. This is not the service I was used to from Mercedes Benz. I am a client from Mercedes Benz since 2016 and I was never treated like this. I will never go back there. One star is even TOO MUCH to give them

Basically a scam, I have gratis service. And the only thing that was free was the oil filter. They did not change air and fuel filter. I’m just wondering if the people who work there go through 2 years of corona just with one mask. Because Mercedes recommends filter change after 15-20000 km. They did not even ask me if I wanted to change the air and fuel filters (I do) even if I have to pay for it.

Unfortunately I am having many negative experiences with Mercedes. I bought a new car which turned out to be defective in certain ways, they fixed few of these defects and the other ones weren't fixed and no one seems to be able to help.

The following up process with the problems that I'm having is not professional at all plus there is no enough honesty in communication.

We called them to see the A series Mercedes Benz and he told okey you can come. We went there from Basel but suddenly we saw 3 damages on the car. The model of car was 2019 and we didn't expect to see damage on 2019 car and he (seller) didn't tell us when we called him until we went there.
It is not fair ????
