Livit AG made my apartment rent search and application really easy. I am satisfied with the service received during the application and documentation. The constant and quick communication with their Agents made a stressful process easier and reliable.

Due to a short timeline provided by my employer the Livit staff were able to provide an apartment showing and contract in a reduced amount of time which significantly assisted me in finding a permanent solution before the holidays. Thank you.

Worst experience ever. We are moving with family to Swiss and applying for flat rent in Sion.a) terrible paperwork, as for some reason they ask for guarantor b) after all document delivered, request was rejected with no explanation c) their communication style was really very arrogant. Fortunately we found different agency. Recommendation LIvit never more

I was in one of the LIVIT Buildings in Bern and can only recommend them. Communication was always easy and effective, they were always very helpful and understanding, and I always felt that I could count on them to help us out. Der Vermietungsprozess verlief reibungslos. Auch wenn ich öfters Fragen hatte und angerufen habe waren alle Livit Mitarbeiter sehr nett und höflich. Ich freue mich sehr in die Wohnung bald einziehen zu dürfen.
