Friendly personal and a clean and tidy fitness studio. It is very close to the central station and the prices are very good. All machines were in good condition but not the most modern ones. It is not a big gym but contains everything someone needs. It also has a sauna.

Anpassung und 2 Sterne Abzug: Kommunikation mit "overhead" Administration extrem mühsam. Man wartet Monate auf eine Antwort, absolutes No-Go. Ich würde kein Abo mehr bei Let's Go machen.

Spezifisch "Lady Fit Bern":
Sehr freundliches Personal, Gym ist nicht gross, aber hat alle Geräte, die es braucht. Man fühlt sich gut beraten und es herrscht eine angenehme Atmosphäre.
Preis-Leistung stimmt für mich nicht, da das Gym doch recht klein ist - wer aber mehrere Let's-Go-Gyms nutzen will, kann das und dann lohnt es sich bestimmt auch eher. Es gibt aber keine Möglichkeit, ein günstigeres Abo zu haben, wenn man - wie ich - nur dieses eine Gym nutzt.

Das Gym ist im Untergeschoss, es hat also kein Tageslicht. Garderoben und Duschen etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles immer sauber und ordentlich, das Personal gibt sich hier grosse Mühe. Das Personal gleicht die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Infrastruktur aus und auch die Geräte sind auf dem neusten Stand. In diesem Sinne: Ein angenehmes Gym, das vor allem auch während der Corona-Pandemie sehr gut kommunizierte und kundenfreundlich die Abos pausierte.
