My wife and I had very unpleasant experience today. We went to Jupiter Apotheke to buy antibiotic eye drops, and the procedure of approval lasted over 10 minutes even though I had medical prescription. Lastly, I asked the prescription to be returned to me, because we had to pick up our children from the Kindergarten. Blonde lady who was in charge answered rudely and sarcastically "oh, is it already the end of Kindergarten? We cannot work any faster and you will get your medicine". So I waited for almost 5 minutes more, because they denied to give the prescription back. The other medicine on the prescription, although very common, wasn't available on stock. Needless to say, last time there! I recommend Freudenberg-Apotheke to everyone.

This is one of my favorite pharmacies. Very complete and the staff is friendly and multilingual, which is great for those of us who do not speak swiss german.

Sehr schlecht das ist das vierte mal wo man einfach schlecht beratet wird heute war es ein highlight..die frau mit den blonden kurzen haaren wusste gar nicht wovon ich spreche. Ich hab das Gefühl dass die nicht einmal vom Fach sind. NIE WIEDER unglaublich. Ich hab Angst dass man hier statt Kopfschmerz tabletten irgendwelche abführmittel bekommt weil die einfach keine Ahnung haben sorry da fahr ich lieber in die Stadt und lass mich von FACHLEUTEN beraten
