They let you sign the contract and then change the prices and change the agreed terms and prices after 3 years living in one of their appartments they will just take your deposit and more on top i would not recommend this agency

A very serious and reactive company. Professional in every aspect. All the people we dealt with have been very kind and very helpful. Living in a french speaking area, they've made a lot of effort speaking french, but they're totally fluent in english as well.

To anyone looking for a great company, I can only recommend them.

By the way, I have NO interest in giving them good ratings, it's the simple truth.

They are useless...is no point calling them for any reason..the only answer will be..: if you no happy cancel your contract but they don't try and solve any problem...is not one time I called them they actually sort any problem..I wuden't suggest this agency to no one...and they are incredibly rude on the phone..

Only 1 years contract; strange resiliation conditions; I paid one month rent to much in february and it still hasnt been paid back yet. To avoid.

Die Liegenschaft in besten Händen, dies spürt man sofort bei einem persönlichen Gespräch mit Bruno. Er konnte mir bereits nach einem kurzen Blick auf die Kostenübersicht des Zweifamilienhauses meines Onkels, sagen ob die Zahlen welche ich vorgerechnet habe stimmen und auf was ich achten muss. Die grosse Erfahrung mit dem Unterhalt von Gebäuden und das wälzen mit Zahlen spürt man sofort, da ist die Liegenschaft bei immoplus Bern in besten Händen.

Eine Verwaltung, um die man besser einen Bogen macht. Kaum erreichbar, wenig kompetent aber immer vorwurfsvoll.

Sont pas sérieux, surtout Turra Jasmin j’ai communiqué mon retard de presque 10 minute, je suis arrivé à mon rendez-vous seulement avec 5 minute de retard ( j’avais communiqué ).. mais j’ai pas trouvé à personne, et personne répond à mes e-mail ou téléphone!
