Hotel staff is super sweet and helpful. Building is charming. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is perfect and easy commute to main attractions. A very simple, sweet and pleasant stay. Merci :)

A lovely little hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. We very much enjoyed our stay. It‘s only a 20 min. walk or 10 min. tram ride away from the city center, but it is already very peaceful and quiet. Because of the staff, the large rooms and the closeness to the center I recommend to stay in Hotel Jardin Bern, when in the area!

Super friendly personnel. Everything we asked for was possible. Quiet and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Convenient parking. Nice area close to cool restaurants and good coffee. Easy to get to the old city center too. And they borrowed us a bike free of charge. I recommend booking directly with the hotel. The online platform is fast and easy to use.

Had a great stay at the hotel, room was good and the breakfast was nice. Fabio at reception was amazingly helpful and helped us plan our day with a map with loads of suggestions. He also loaned us two dry bags so we could go swimming in the river, this was an amazing experience. Cannot recommend enough.

Hotel Jardin is a great place to stay. Has everything you need. Fabio at reception was very helpful and lent us some dry bags so we could swim down the river.

Such a lovely hotel and owner. Proof of how family owned businesses can be something special. Could not recommend this hotel more. They went above and beyond for us. Great location, very clean, incredibly accommodating, variety of breakfast options, fast wifi, etc. I would stay here again.
