Excellent service from Mr Heutschi himself who took the time to show us around the show room himself and was very helpful and knowledgable. I got the sense that Mr Heutschi was genuinely interested in helping me find the right piano and not just trying to sell us something he had in stock.

I was impressed by the wide range of pianos available to suit a range of budgets from new top-of-the-line grands to second hand entry level pianos. The second hand pianos I tried were all in very good condition with prices comparable to other dealers.

I had an excellent customer experience at Heutschi Piano AG, when buying a piano to replace my older Rösler upright
- super friendly advice / Beratung regarding my needs
- flexibility to drop in and play the available pianos downstairs

I chose the Kawai NV5. The action on the Kawai is superb, the control panel is great and spruce soundboard at the rear produces a very warm sound, with vibrations to the body of the piano. Just like for real!

Delivery was swift, friendly and executed without any fuss.

All in all: 5 star experience.

Ich kaufte im Dezember 2021 bei Herrn Glado Heutschi einen Steinway. Heutschi Pianos verfügen über ein grundlegendes Fachwissen und haben mich bestens beraten. Ich bin mit dem Flügel sehr zufrieden und kann das Pianohaus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Sehr aufmerksame Bedienung. Sauber guter Raum Duft. Man merkt das alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter vom Fach sind super Beratung. Habe mir etwas kleines Schönes gekauft. Guter Service haben alles so gemacht wie ich es mir gewünscht habe. Kann Heutschi Piano nur weiter empfehlen. u003d))

Wir hatten uns für einen Stimmservice für unseren C7 Flügel umgeschaut. Bei Heutschi Pianos trafen wir genau das was wir suchten. Top Beratung durch die Besitzer, schöner Showroom und angenehmes Klima. Als der Stimmer bei uns vorbeikam, konnten wir ihn nur loben. Exakte und präzise Arbeit. Vielen Dank. Immer gerne wieder.
