Cozy shop. Locate front of the bridge. If you come from up side of the city, you can catch good view whilst passing through the bridge.

Frau Fischer ist hilfsbereit, freundlich, kompetent, sympathisch und zuvorkommend! Leider kann ich dies über ihre Teamkollegen nicht behaupten. Brachte ein defektes Armband vorbei – es wurde überhaupt kein Verständnis gezeigt.

Selon moi c’est l’un des meilleurs boutique Hermès en Suisse, je remercie Mme/ la directrice du magasin et tous les employés pour leurs services et gentillesses. En tant que cliente très fidèle à la maison Hermès, j’apprécie vraiment lorsque j’achète dans cette succursale. La directrice du magasin est très cultivée et elle prend le temps avec le client en lui expliquant le savoir faire et l’histoire de la maison et de chaque pièce Hermès.

Toller Laden nicht geizig mit Samples und sehr freundlich auch gegenüber Jugendlichen! ( Bei Louis Vuitton schon öfter unfreundlich bedient worden! ) Sehr tolle Mitarbeiter und eine Tolle Lage! Danke für den tollen Besuch!????

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, kompetent und nicht arrogant, wie man es sonst von Hermès Angestellten in Basel kennt.

Boutique dans laquelle on se sent à l’aise. Le personnel est agréable et efficace.
