A lovely bookshop located in a tranquil green part of Bern.

Aside from books and calendars, there are also postcards, knick-knacks and quirky ornaments by local artist Mona Wey for sale.

Staff are k owledgeable, friendly and very helpful.

I would have rated it five stars but due to there only being two photography books in the whole store (my reason for visiting) I have deducted one.

Kompetent und vielseitig!
Der Bücherladen und das Verlagshaus Haupt ist ein Besuch Wert, denn besonders das breite Sortiment der verlagseigenen Bücher ist grandios. Der Laden ist toll gelegen, direkt vis-a-vis des Uni-Hauptgebäudes am Eingang des Langgasse-Quartiers.
Der Laden führt auch Bücher, die nicht vom eigenen Verlag sind. Die Bedienung ist kompetent und sehr hilfsbereit.
Ich stöbere gerne hier!
