I just went there tonight to adjust my glasses, they were actually closed, because it was 19:06 but still they opend the door and ask what i need and fixed my glasses without a second thought... that is true caring for customers.. im.a customer since 2007 and was never disappointed so far.. thank you so much ❤️

I call this place The Glass Paradise!!!
A friend of mine saw me struggling for new prescription glasses, and told me: "let me make an appointment and take you to a place that you are going to love". So she did, we had an appointment with the best optitian professional I ever met in Switzerland, Frau Kelly Kalbermatter.
In this shop, and with her, I received the service I was allways looking for!
She inmediatly knew my taste and needs, and helped me to find my dreamglasses, guiding me through the most pleasant frame search ever. Offering me advise concerning the quality of my prescription in the most elegant and efficient way ever.
The shop has a huge variety of stayls and models, so is certainlly impossible to come out of this place without minimum the one glasses that fits you.
I am so much in love with mine, that I am looking forward to the next ones.
Well done Fielmann, well done Miss Kalbermatter, and well done my dear friend for taking me there!!!

Best store ever! Seriously!

I had a broken Persol and I went there doubting that it can/ will be fixed! However, I was received by very friendly employees who guided my well through a seamless process and managed to get my favorite sunglasses fixed and returned back to its new condition! (it took around 10 days because parts needed to be ordered).

The store also has a wide selection of eyeglasses/ sunglasses, and experienced employees to guide you through as per your needs.

The store is also perfectly located and can be reached by public transportation, walking and by car (if you park in the close by Metro parking/ Casino parking is also in the vicinity).

P.s: I had to fix a Ray Ban over there before and I also had the same positive experience.

*(yes I'm a bit clumsy with my sunglasses and apparently break them a lot ????)

I needed to do an eye test for the driving license. All went very quickly and the lady spoke perfect English. I can highly recommend this place!
