Perfect service. (Second floor of the building)
I visited for my eye test for a driver's license exchange. Even though I didn't make an appointment for the test, they kindly gave an eye test to me! They have a good waiting room as well with a coffee machine and teas.
I highly recommend you to visit them. Don't forget to make an appointment for the better service. :)

They also speak English very well.

oh my my I just left eyeness in Bern and I am exceptionally happy with the service and Dr Marc Fankhauser. He is excellent, very patient and knows his work . If you have Keratoconus like me and need the best please head to eyeness you will not regret the service. Thanks Marc and the entire team and I am so happy I was referred to your facility

Very professional, welcoming, polite and nice. I got contact lenses with them and I must say that the treatment was worth every penny. Any other time. Yasna was so lovely and patient with me (I used to be terrible at popping lenses in). Highly recommend them.

Ich bin seit vielen Jahren Kundin bei Eyeness und bin immer wieder überzeugt von der hervorragenden, freundlichen und kompetenten Beratung und Betreuung. Herr Wyss ist meine Vertrauensperson, was meine schwierige Augensituation betrifft, ich kann mich hundertprozentig auf Ihn verlassen. Aber auch die Damen vom Empfang sind äusserst zuvorkommend und zuverlässig.
Einfach einmal Danke sagen ist mir ein Bedürfnis

An Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit nicht zu überbieten. Ich bin seit vielen, vielen Jahren Kundin und von Herrn Bärtschi immer top beraten und betreut. Meine perfekt angepassten Tageslinsen machen das Leben einfach lebenswerter. Danke!

Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Linsen werden abgestimmt und zugeschickt, getestet und erneut kontrolliert und angepasst. Die Leistungen sind in der oberen Preisklasse, lohnt sich jedoch, da der Service auf jeden Fall stimmt.

Es ist klar: Nicht scharf sehen ist anstrengend. Der Prozess zu der passenden Sehhilfe aber auch nicht ganz einfach.
Bei Eyeness vergisst du das ganze. Die Atmosphäre, die Kompetenz und die sehr angenehme Freundlichkeit sind was Eyeness zum besten Geschäft in Bern machen.
