Nice shop, but the woman on the upper part of the shop was very rude and unfriendly. You shouldn’t treat customers that way. Definitely not coming back.

I would never ever buy anything from this store again
For so many reasons
The supervisor and her way of solving my problem was unacceptable and the owner of the shop wanted to give me his lawyer’s number to solve my problem with him!! !!!!! unprofessional at all!!!

Staff is unfriendly they only serve you if you look rich and Swiss. There might be only 1 good sales person the gentleman w glasses, otherwise everyone else is incompetent and not nice. Bought a scented oil for 85 chf the oil does not smell at all around my house. What a dissapointment.

Amazing store, the asian girl from the parterre is really nice and has an amazing sense of fashion. Very satisfied with her help and the store :D
