Ich bin jetzt schon ein paar Jahre bei Casafair: Die Beratung ist durchgehend freundlich, kompetent, schnell und nützlich. Letzthin habe ich nach einer Referenz für einen Rechtsanwalt gefragt und dank dieser eine gute Rechtsanwältin gefunden. Gewechselt habe ich vom HEV wegen deren klimafeindlichen Politik, die sich in der Opposition zur CO2-Initiative gezeigt hat. Die Telefonberatung des HEV fand ich auch teilweise grenzwertig: unfreundlich und schlicht frech. Hingegen finde ich die Zeitschrift des HEV besser.

Großartig eine Wohnung im Immoscout (Steffisburg) ausgeschrieben, aber bei mehrmaligem telefonieren oder E-Mail schreiben meldet sich niemand. Nicht gerade professionell!
