I dont understand all the bad reviews. I kept going there the whole week while on my business trip here in Bern. The staff was always very polite, nice and fast. The croissants are really good and the cappuccino too:)

Avoid this place. As others have said, the staff was extremely rude. I ordered a cappuccino (which was below average) with my friend here. After 5 mins a staff member told us if my friend did not order anything she could not sit at the table with me. Switzerland is such a friendly place so I was really surprised by this terrible customer service.
