From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile. Despite not knowing of my intent, they were more than pleased to show me watches and answer all of my questions. They were some of the most knowledgeable people. I explained to them that I am keen to buy a watch has true Swiss tradition, is independently owned, is subtle, and not screaming out loud— and does not utilize a universal movement (ETA & Valjoux).

I was shown my options and decided to go to the town to look at other boutiques. There were slightly less expensive watches from umbrella brands in the town, but something about the Manero watch collection from Carl F. Bucherer really spoke to me.

Ultimately, I bought my first true Swiss watch from this store. My family in the USA has been customers of Bucherer for years, and my family in Europe also spoke of them with high praise.

Truly an exceptional experience with the staff. Amazing watches.

By the way I bought a Manero peripheral.

I hope to make more purchases with Bucherer to celebrate future life milestones.

I must give the utmost kudos to Mrs Moser, David, and the management.

I bought my first Rolex and 2 Longines watches from this store 8 months ago.
They were so friendly and helpful
The sale person (Anna Bushira) was so nice and professional she provided me with information and helped me to choose and order my Rolex.

Visited to enquire about a watch and experienced great customer service. Was offered a coffee and a seat while the sales person set up my profile. Discussed various options and ordered a watch for an upcoming special occasion. Looking forward to visiting again!

Very very bad experience i would recommend to go to bucherer zürich as i do it since the incident. I went there last year to buy something for my brother. I am quite young as the seller was (a female with brown straight hair, slim) she was rude to me and every time i asked if something could be altered she said ,,THIS WILL BE expensive“ although i said that the price wasn‘t important. She treated me arrogantly and as if i hadn’t had money despite tha fact that my parents buy from bucherer very often. Very bad attitude from this girl.

Real professionals who know what you want. They have this perfect manner of serving you in a way that you feel good, safe and in communion with the piece of art you are about to own. Experiencing their service is a privilege, trust me.

My family went to the store in Bern, Switzerland and was greeted with discrimination. My dad could easily buy any of the watches but since he wasn’t wearing any from his collection at the time, and was dressed simply, they sent this rabid woman to treat them with disrespect. Don’t give them your hard earned money. Annoying jerks. Maybe because we aren’t white?
