The match we bought tickets for got cancelled because of coronavirus, and unlike other sports, we did not receive a reimbursement. They gave us money that we could use in their Ticket shop, which has no items for sale...
For some reason we cant even buy a voucher so that we can gift the money to someone else. Appalling decisions by the management.

Schande was die Fans nach einer Niederlage mit dem Extrazug gemacht haben. Absolut unsportlich. Die Rechnung sollte an YB.
