Mit Buchschacher hatten wir ständig Scherereien. Es wurde versucht, den Mietern Kosten überzuwälzen, die der Vermieter tragen muss. Das Garagentor ist ständig ausser Betrieb. NK Erstattungen folgen mit über einem Jahr Verzögerung. Der Mietvertrag ist äusserst mieterunfreundlich (4 Monate Kündigungsfrist, nur auf bestimmte Monate). Eigentlich geklärte Anliegen poppen Monate bis Jahre später wieder auf, offenbar auch der hohen Mitarbeiterfluktuation geschuldet.

Die Allegraplus AG ist zuverlässig und macht schöne Arbeit! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, mein neues Flachdach ist sehr ästhetisch. Fazit: Alles war tipptopp und das Team ist mega freundlich.
