I have enjoyed every minute of my appointment.
The place is very inviting and spacious. The hairdresser had great ideas and was very understanding and obviously well experienced. I felt that I'm in good hands from the beginning and I am looking forward to my next appointment.
If you are looking for a new fresh look and are after being pampered I suggest you pay these guys a visit.

Very bad experience in this salon. I paid more than 300 CHF (cut + color) and my hair turned orange.
I went a second time to complain and they offered me a new color but the result was not better wenn I washed my hair at home.
Definitely don’t recommend this place.

I like the haircut done by Jan. I am quite picky and sceptical, when choosing a hairdresser, but now Aerni is place to go

Hey guys if you're looking for a great hairdresser and you wanna doing something good for your hair, make an appointment at aerni. Best hairdresser in town! Since i've been there my hair is healthy and strong. My very long hair has never felt so good before. The hair products (especially shu uemura) are also very recommendable. Finally I wish you an awesome hair treatment at aerni hair ;-) .

Tadellos! Meine Frau seit Jahren Kunde. Café mit Zeitungen angenehm zum Warten. Schöne Kleiderboutique integriert.

Ich bin schon seit ein paar Jahren sehr glückliche Aerni-Kundin! Die Preise sind im Verhältnis zu anderen Salons etwas höher - aber die Preis-Leistung stimmt auf jeden Fall. Die Location ist wunderschön, die Mitarbeitenden alle sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Meine Wünsche werden bei jedem Besuch ernst genommen und erfüllt - leckeren Kaffee und viele Zeitschriften inklusive :-) Danke liebes Aerni-Team, dass ihr mir diese Wellness-Auszeit regelmässig ermöglicht, ich fühle mich superwohl bei euch.
