A large menu with many Italian dishes to choose from, perhaps too many?

It's a nice cozy restaurant almost adjacent to the Belp train station. Well lit, great ambience, a bit on the large side without feeling like so. Unlikely you would have a wait with the amount of tables.

It's definitely Italian fare, but I wish they would focus on a smaller menu rather than a huge selection, it almost seems as quantity over well thought out plates. We had a bruschetta for an appetizer, wished it was crunchier but the the veggies were fresh and aromatic.

For main course we each ordered a pizza, the small can definitely be good for two people (specially if you are a light eater like me), found that while it looked great it wasn't exceptional. If you told me it was from a large chain I likely wouldn't be able to tell... The sauce was a bit blend, the cheese proportion slightly off and the crust felt dry, not like a freshly made chewy dough.

They also have a HUGE bar, but not many beers to choose from, on draft there were 2 options only, and a handful more bottled.

The staff is attentive, polite and for the most part speedy.
I would recommend if in the area.

Amazing! Super friendly dude who spoke Spanish and was very welcoming! Pizza was great but what really made it amazing was the variety of oils they offer as toppings. The garlic one was simply ???? Would fine again! Does get busy so best to call and see if reservations are required. They fit us in just fine.

This is a great italian-style restaurant. Very friendly atmosphere and staff. You can just have a drink after work or while waiting for the train, or you can eat a fully fledged italian style dinner. Fine food, neatly served. For the evenings, make sure to have an appointment, it's quite popular and busy then.

Absolute top restaurant. We had a family reunion party with 16 people. Having submitted the menu orders beforehand people still were able to change their mind at the last minute. Relatives, hey :)
The service was absolutely first class. No wish too much, efficient and all 16 dishes from pasta to lamb fillet to pizza came to the table at the same time. Amazing organisation and perfection.
Then the food. Every single dish was fantastic. I had the lamb fillet with Risotto. A dream. The whole family was absolutely happy with the meal and the experience from start to finish.

I cannot praise the restaurant and it's crew and owners enough.

Thank you for making this special day to see each other such a special occasion.

Service was good and our meals were prepared well. I was a little unimpressed with the pizza, though my pork scallopini plate was both appealing to the eye and pallette. The real winner was the tagliatelli served straight up with butter and nothing else... Very fresh pasta.

Good pies. Something special is that your're getting a selection of different home made oils on the table to season your pie as you like it. During lunch time the wait time exceed what I feel comfortable to accept for a one hour break.

One of the few places in Belp open on a Sunday. We'll worth visiting however on any day. We have often sat on the terrace for a drink after arriving in Belp but this was our first restaurant visit. Impressed in the food and service.
