Waitress was very kind and understanding for some visitors that were not locals.

Made some special salad and good panini ham and managed to get an americano coffee ????

Is rather sunny the corner therefore great to seat outside and enjoy a drink. The pizza was very good. To be inside is not my thing

Poor Customer Service:
Waitress left our table mid-order to wait on another table. After long wait time, we finally had to flag her down for the rest of our table's order. She offered very poor and unfriendly service.

Be cautious:
Restrooms in basement at bottom of steep stairs, older person had to use stairway hand rail which wasn't bolted down. Metal rail fell off wall and onto floor...luckily no injury. Owner/manager smirked and went along about his business.

Overcharged:
$50 to share 1 pizza and 2 waters.

Would give zero stars if an option.

20 min I was waiting with my family for service. Despite of trying to attract waiter no one come to take an order but waiters had had time to chit-chat with other customers. We left restaurant hungry. Never again.
