The most outstanding feature of this place is THE SERVICE!!! I just can say WOW!!! I have to say in Switzerland is not easy to find friendly service, but Ivonne, the hostess, along with her crew Stefano and Michel went beyond. They are not just nice, friendly and always smiling. We made a mistake on the reservation date, and unfortunately they didn't have a room left, however they helped us finding a room and they made us feel supported and like at home. We will definitely come back in fact we are looking forward to...

This is a place where words make it hard to describe it. An unforgettable dinning experience coupled with an outstanding night in. Thank you so much for the couple running it that make this place so special. I would recommend anyone to spend some time here and experience l’Osteria Carletti.

Very kind staff. Very good price for a family of four. Comfortable parking. The Osteria and the hotel room look nice. Good to be able to get a simple breakfast at a fair price.

The room doesn't have much more than beds and a desk (e.g., no teamaker, no tv, no minibar). But it was okay for a single night in the middle of a longer drive.

The manager was drunk and insulted the guests. We (family of four) will never go there again. What a bad experience! The police told us that it was not the first time that he was drunk and overbooked his hotel so he refused people who already paid a lower price in advance.

A quiet vineyard corner run by an amazing and friendly couple. A family business that was started some 140 years a go. I loved every second of my two nights stay there. It is very clean and quiet and the coffee is a special blend, that you can't get anywhere else, so enjoy.

We stayed with at Osteria Carletti with a group of 5 during 3 nights and had a very good time. The hotel has an authentic style. The rooms were clean and spacious. But most importantly: the staff is extremely kind and friendly. Can definitely recommend this hotel!

Absolutely wonderful place to eat and sleep. So much character in a place is very rare. Amazing and super friendly service.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view!
Definitely adding this to my list of places to go back to :)
