Die Bedienung war super hilfsbereit, kompetent und freundlich. Mir gefiel die rasche Erledigung meiner Anliegen. Unsere beiden Fahrräder kamen 1A aus der Reparatur. Danke!!! Sehr zu empfehlen

Ich habe ein gebrauchtes E-bike gekauft, ohne Akku, und wollte testen, ob der Motor funktioniert. Ich habe das Velo vorbeigebracht. Das Team war sehr freundlich. Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass der Motor kaputt ist. Es wurde aber nichts verrechnet was sehr nett ist. Danke viel mal!

Ich brachte heute mein Velo in den Service. Angehängt war mein Veloanhänger mit meiner Tochter. Danach gings mit dem Anhänger zum Einkaufen, dabei wurde das eine Rad wegen eines Splitters platt. Beim Rückweg nochmals bei Velo Ammann vorbeigeschaut und eine sofortige Reparatur erhalten. Vielen Dank!

Wurde sehr unfreundlich behandelt.
Schade, dass das Geschäft nicht mehr Brino gehört.
