We thought the problem with my mother’s watch was the battery. After a few minutes of careful examination we were told that actually the battery was fine, but there was some moisture in the watch that might be causing the problem. Rather than do a repair that might not be necessary, the lady on the front desk suggested we wait a few days to see if the watch continued to work and did not charge us anything. Fantastic, honest, and very friendly service.

Went to adjust the bracelet of my Seiko 5. Really friendly and helpful staff. The job was done in five minutes at a really good price. I recommend it!

I went there to change the size of my watch bracelet. Service was done in a couple of minutes. Very friendly and professional. I also got my watch winder there, as the shop has an excellent selection.
