BEWARE OF THIS LANDLORD. We paid our deposit in cash to this landlord and obtained a receipt. We left the apartment in June 2019, and it's now December 2020 and we still have not gotten our deposit back. Worse still, he has been ignoring all our emails and calls and claiming that we did not pay, despite us having receipts to prove it. After repeated emails, he still has not responded.

He owns a lot of buildings in the Basel area and comes across as a nice guy. 1.5 years later and we still have not received our deposit back. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY.

machen am Anfang einen netten und freundlichen Eindruck. Sobald man unterschrieben hat kriegen sie nichts mehr auf die Reihe! unzuverlässig, unorganisiert, unerreichbar über Wochen und das Depot zahlen sie auch nicht zurück...
