I Would never use their "Occasion Test" again.

I had my car tested by them, as it was an accident car.
I Bought the car based on their test results, which stated the car is in very good condition.

Shockingly I realised before the first MFK that the chassis is completely damaged, the entire tail base is out of shape and the car would never have passed.

when I went back to them they said "the damage was covered at the time of the test"

Well, I'm attaching a photo so you can see how "covered" it was.

I am very very disappointed, and the financial damage they caused is about 10'000 CHF!

NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN ????! Wir hatten einen Unfall im Ausland (nahe Schweiz - Französische Grenze) und waren auf den Pannendienst von TCS angewiesen. Es war schwer jemand zu erreichen, die Telefonleitungen sind ständig besetzt, langsames und unfähiges Personal. Sie haben uns einen Tag auf der Strasse warten lassen und es tatsächlich nicht geschafft uns ein Ersatzauto für die Weiterreise zu besorgen (es war ein normaler Wochentag). Wir mussten uns selber organisieren und mit dem Taxi bis nach Genf und von dort ein Ersatzfahrzeug mieten. Statt 4 Stunden hatten wir über 24 Stunden bis wir Zuhause angekommen sind. Danke für NICHTS - es war eine reine KATASTROPHE!
