I have bought my motorcycle with Töff Center. Good service with the sales also were open to hear my wishes and willing to have a discussion. Delivery ok also decent offer for my used one. On service also had a good service even two times with a couple of issues my bike was serviced before than initially agreed. One time even within the day. Staff is friendly now with renewed motivation, new show room and options for events and trips with other bikers. I recommend.

Great support and very kind people. I brought my bike (didn't bought it there) because of a failure of one LED. They not only checked and fixed it, they also checked the tyre-pressure and fixed it also! They also reminded me to replace my tyres soon. Absolutly great!!! I'm very impressed about the new management and the great support of the people there.

Staff member refused to talk to me with my helmet on at the front yard. Was interested in buying one of the motorcycles and wanted quickly to check if they still have it. Seems that these guys are too busy and have too many customers.

Rented a motorbike here twice now. Somehow, they always seem surprised although it was pre reserved every time. The bike was not fully filled up both time. But other than that everyone is super friendly and it seems like the place to come in Basel if you look for a BMW bike. I wish I could afford it.

Motorcycle which was bought had no oil in it, battery was dead... and it was agreed that the service is done before purchase. Avoid this place.
