Das Yoga bei Therese im Tara Yoga dient jedesmal zur himmlischen Entspannung. Selbst die Yogastunden über zoom - zuhause in der eigenen Stube praktiziert - sind genau gleich teifgreifend wirksam und fast kommt es mir vor vor Ort zu sein!
Liebe Therese, herzlichen Dank - Du hast im Tarayoga eine wunderbare Oase geschaffen !! Das Yoga, das Du mit Deiner ruhigen, meditativen Art unterrichtest, ist eine jedesmal eine wohltuende Kraftquelle für mich !
