We rented our car in Amsterdam and drove to Switzerland and had a flat tyre, the car was towed to the gaurage in Grindelwalds. The gaurage had no spare tyre to fix the car and our trip was delayed for 2 days. We managed to report our case to Amsterdam office and got a replacement car in this branch. Staff at this branch was very helpful and we got our car within half an hour. Thumbs up from us. Highly recommended and they deserves 5 STAR rating! Bravo!!!

Nothing but issues with this branch. They showed us that the front right wheel had some superficial damage when we picked up the vehicle (which we accepted).
Then when we dropped the car back they said that we had done the damage.
It took us many phone calls and emails to get it sorted, the staff seemed to actively impede us from remedying their error.
Luckily we had taken our own photos of the damage otherwise they would have charged us to repair it.

We are supposed to be on holiday!!! Not spending hours in front of a computer to sort your mistake!!!

Hello I rented a car from Basel office and I paid online 365 dolars. I decided make additional insurance against damage at office. Staff informed me about payment ~26 dolars per a day (6 days rental) Today my receipt has arrived and total amount was 264 dolars. Extra 100 dolars charged. Not a good experience and Lack of communication

We rented a car from this branch in August and couldn't be happier with the service. I don't remember the gentleman who helped us but I guess his name or surname starts with N. He was very helpful from the moment we stepped inside and made sure we got the type of car we ordered months ago. We had to wait for a manuel transmission car to be brought to this branch for an hour and he gifted us additional driver service to make up for the time. It was very kind of him. The car was much better than the one we ordered online and it was spotless clean. It was a new Skoda Karoq which we absolutely loved. He informed us well and explained everything in detail. We dropped the car back in Zurich airport and the place was kind of hard to find but the service there was also good. The ladies there were very helpful and kind. Overall, it was a very positive experience and there were no suprises and no additional fee or anything. We will definitely use Sixt Badischer Bahnhof again. Thank you Mr. N :)

Renters beware. If you accept extra services and get quoted for example 50E for full tank of gas, you will have to pay 60E as there is a tax charge of which you are not informed. If you exceed allowed kilometers, you are supposed to be charged .288 E, but you will have to pay additional roughly 20% for tax. When you fill up gas at the gas station, you don't pay additional tax. So beware.

Very bed responsibility
already paid the rental car, but when im arrive for take the car they said my name blocked from sixt without any reason.. Dont have number for customer service for resolve the problem just can contact through email.. Staff cant do anything.. Already take my money but cant do anything for my reservation blocked.. how u can take my money but my name its blocked from your company? cant imagine the poor system! reply so late. Dispointed!
