Good experience. Had severe back pain (slipped disc). Was able to use the "walk in" service and was seen to quickly by Dr Gameel. Given good advice and treatment. Follow on visits have also been good.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I wanted to thank Dr. Faris Gameel for his consultation. He really took the time to listen to my presentation and symptoms (back/hip pain) and to conduct a thorough physical examination. He asked a lot of questions and considered my details carefully. This does not always happen with many doctors as they either dont listen very well, or try to quickly slot you into a "box" or treatment archetype, as opposed to really understanding the patient. So thank you Dr. Gameel for your time and professionalism and care.

Very bad experience, never again! I was there by the doctor for back pain and then for physiotherapy. Secretaries were very rude and not collaborative with me when I had time constraints and they were bothered by having to find a slot that suited me best. I was also told that since 2021 they have reduced their opening time.
I have changed clinic and asked them to transfer my files and I was told that they needed 10 days to do that. When I complained because my new doctor needed my files and 10 days did not sound reasonable to me, I was told to complain with the director and that I was right to change to another clinic. It sounded very much like: “you can complain but nothing is going to happen”.
This is the attention I received as a patient of Schmerzklinik in Basel. NEVER AGAIN!

After 2 years going back and forth, several MRI with no result! I think I just helped doctors to fill up their pockets!

This clinic is a shame.
I went just for a blood check in emergency (a really simple blood check), I'm not Swiss so i didn't know where to go exactly.
They told that it was 80chf, what we paid immediately.
They did the wrong test, they did it again, I had to wait 6 hours !
(When I did it in France, i paid 20€, and in few hours, it was done).
Few weeks after, I received another invoice - 50chf - and when we called to know what it was, they said that they "forgot" to tell that in total it was not 80 but 130 chf.
I won't go there anymore, for sure ! (And I put 1 star just because I cant let it without)

Meine Ärztin Dr.Maria Karra ist eine Ärztin, die Ihre Patienten und deren Anliegen ernst nimmt. Sehr professionell und stets sehr freundlich. Ich kann Sie nur weiter empfehlen!!

Ich musste mit meiner Mutter die Schmerzklinik mehrmals besuchen. Sie war bei mehreren Ärzten und sogar auf der Bettenstation. Vor allen die Pflegefachkräfte waren sehr fürsorglich und hilfsbereit. Bei den Ärzten kümmerte sich Frau Dr. Maria Karra unermüdlich um meine Mutter, klärte alles ab, sprach sich intern ab und half weiter. Danke dem ganzen Team!

Meine Mutter war seit 2 Jahren auf der Suche nach einem Arzt, der ihre Leiden behandeln kann. Bei Dr. Karra hat Sie endlich eine Komptente Ärztin gefunden, die Sie nicht nur professionell sondern auch menschlich behandelt. Meine Mutter ist vollends zufrieden und kann Sie nur weiter empfehlen!
