After seeing their adverts multiple times on media and getting recommendations by one of our neighbours, we got in touch with them hoping that we would get a decent service. Well...After nearly a month of ping-pong, getting redirected to this phone number, that email address etc. etc., we are finally told with a patronising email that their services do not indeed involve what we look for. Then, shame on you for wasting our time for nothing!

It remains a curious case how such huge delays can happen in communication in a company in Switzerland and how you get 5 stars from anybody on maps.

My recommendation to whomever reads this review, if you don't get an immediate answer from them, just move on, don't wait.

Ich habe sie am Wochenende angerufen, weil meine Toilettenspülung defekt war. Einfache Terminvereinbarung, schnelles kommen, kompetente und zügige Arbeit. Ich kann ihn nur weiter empfehlen.
