Maybe I caught the owner on a bad day, but I can not recommend Radsport Kobel. I wanted to have my (bought online) cargo bike serviced, and straight away he berates me for buying a bike online. I understand the competitive pressure independent bike shops are under—indeed, that’s why I sought out this store, rather than go to a chain. But if your first interaction with a potential customer is to criticise them, it's you who is sabotaging your business, not the internet.

Kürzlich war ich wegen einem technischen Problemen mit meinem E-Mountainbike dort. Obwohl es Samstag war und es viele Kundschaft hatte, nahm sich der Chef selber die Zeit das Problem zu beheben was dann schlussendlich auch prima klappte!
Ich bin mit meinen
E-Bikes
(Kistenfahrrad&Mountainbike) schon mehrmals dort gewesen und war jedesmal sehr zufrieden und kann das Geschäft Radsport Kobel sehr empfehlen!
Preis Leistung stimmen voll und ganz und man wird freudlich bedient.

Leider nicht zu empfehlen, wir haben 2 E-MTBs gekauft ein komplett neues, und ein gebrauchtes, nach der ersten Fahrt hat der Motor nicht mehr richtig mit gemacht, obwohl uns versichert wurde das der E- Antrieb reibungslos funktioniert und jetzt sitzen wir auf den Kosten… leider auch nach mehreren Wochen des Versprechens das Bike zu reparieren passiere garnichts, gar kein Entgegenkommen, sobald das Fahrrad verkauft war war es dem Verkäufer/ Chef egal.

Sehr schade…
