This has been my salon of choice since moving to Basel in 2015! Always excellent service (very polite and professional). I've gotten my hair dyed, cut, washed, and dried here, as well as facial waxing. Most recently, my daughter got a haircut as well and she was thrilled with it.

Olivia is so lovely and talented. Last year, the week of my wedding, I had a terrible haircut (from another hair salon) and she saved my hair as best she could. However, the experience scared me so much that I avoided the salon for a year. I went back to Olivia, with some fear but mostly excited. She gave me a wonderful cut/style/blowout. I walked out feeling so relaxed and cared for. I can honestly say that I enjoyed every single second of the appointment.

I was looking for a new hair style. Olivia took time to explain which cut would be best for me. She is very professional, and, I love my new hair style! I will definitely make an appointment with Olivia when I am in Basel.

I was going to aveda for years and love their products. However the hairdressers always quit due to working conditions and management. Then I had a bad color , complaint and they didnt even get back to me . Management is not good hence the employee dissatisfaction
