I love this place. Beautiful, clean, comfortable. I absolutely loved the massage! I recommend it to everyone! In addition, they make you feel so welcome when you walk through the door. I am now a regular customer.

Very bad customer service and approach towards customer. I absolutely do not recommend.
I have received a gift card worth 150CHF. Due to the sickness, I was not able to book the appointment in the due time and therefore, I wanted to contact the PN Thai Oli Massage & Spa to asked if I can come ONE DAY after the expiry of the gift card. First, my calls were not taken 3 days in a row. My voice messages were not responded to. I have received an answer only after sending a text message on WhatsApp. My request was rejected by one of the employees without decent explanation. When I asked if I could address it with the manager, my calls were rejected, and I have not received any answer. Not to forget that the communication from PN Thai Oli Massage & Spa was not possible in German, and it was extremely poor in English.
Big disappointment!

Super nice massage. Very modern decor, exceptionally clean and top class Massage. Worth every penny of the price. You can expect to come out fully with a refreshed body and soul. Highly recommended. Great location for Basel City. Genuine, Authentic and Professional

The best Thai massage I have ever had. Very professional and super friendly. The salon is very nicely decorated, top modern and exceptionally clean. Very nice ambience and everything top maintained. A feel-good oasis where you can just relax and unwind. I can gladly recommend PN salon to anyone.

Sehr tolle und angenehme Thai - Massage mit Öl. Wunderschönes Ambiente, Top eingerichtet, modern und außergewöhnlich sauber. Eine Wohlfühloase, in der Frau oder Mann sich gleich Wohl fühlt und die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Ich kann den PN-Salon nur jedem empfehlen.
