Wonderful customer service. I’ve been several times now and need to revise a previous review. They’ve been very quick and professional when piercing, removing, or changing my jewellery for me! I had a game where I couldn’t have my piercings in and they were super kind about removing it!!

Got a septum piercing done, it looked like it was crooked and after one week of healing i went to get it checked at Piink again, I was told its just because of the shape of the piercing and I trusted that verdict, now I have a crooked septum.
Also, when i went to replace the first piercing, nothing was desinfected, neither before nor after puting it in and the ring sizes were completely different than they told me downstairs in the shop. Don't get a piercing here.

I’ve had a few piercing here and the customer service is generally awful. They have a limited selection for ear curation (which is silly because there are more people with that than gages or belly button piercings). They’re generally difficult to talk to and expect that I know what they have. I would expect they ask what I’m looking for and take me around to the different jewellery like a normal shop. They’re also just missing out on sales by not making active recommendations for ear curation. It’s the second time I’ve been here and I won’t be back.

i got an industrial piercing here while i was visiting Lucerne on an EF tour and it was my first piercing ever. When we first walked in my friends and i were a bit intimidated because the guy there was only speaking german and even though he seemed nice, from our experience in europe, peoples demeanor would usually change when they found out we were american and only spoke english he however spoke english and treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. the procedure was honestly way more fast and painless than i expected and he talked me through everything start to finish (he said i was the first person who had said that in 10 years about an industrial piercing) he gave my friend and i free cleaning solution for our piercings and mine is healing up nicely and hasnt since gotten infected! 10/10 experience.

I already had 6 piercings done in the store in Basel. All of them were placed perfectly and healed without problems. The store is very clean and has a great jewellery selection. The staff is extremely friendly and very competent. They take their time showing you the jewellery sortiment and advise you on placement, piercing aftercare and impress with their great knowledge. Would definitely recommend!

i absolutely adore this studio. the staff is great and very nice, the piercings are done profesionally and they have lots of different jewelry to choose from!! i got my rook done yesterday and it only took about a minute and it didn’t hurt that bad at all. i highly recommend this studio

*THIS IS A REVIEW OF THE PERCINGS NOT THE TATTOO ARTISTS*
Piink's studio and staff is very lovely and friendly, i really love the workers and they have nice jewelry choices but nothing really special. I think this studio is more used to performing 'conventional' piercings AKA ears and maybe nostrils. But still I would NOT recommend this studio for piercings at all. Here are some of my experiences:

-One worker told me to skip a size when stretching my ears, this cause my ears to slightly tear and bleed afterfwards. You are never ever supposed to skip a size when stretching your ear under any circumstance and you should be very slow and gentle (tapping method, etc) When i told the piercer about this, he said i was wrong and did it anyways. He was not nice at all and forced the jewerly through. Such a painful experience.

-I went with a friend for her ear piercing, they gave her the choice of needle or gun. Guns are extremely harmful and can cause irreversible damages to the ear and cartilage because of blunt force trauma. When i said this the worker told me I was wrong. My friend chose the gun and her ear never healed properly after this.

-When i got my septum pierced they did not feel my nose for my sweetspot. Luckily they did not go through my cartilage but for my friend they did, and a year later his nose is still not healed.

-When my friend asked what he should do for his inflamed piercing and a worker told him to 'stop cleaning and desinfecting it'

-When I got my nipples pierced and they gave me curved barbells. You should never give curved barbells for healing, only straight barbells, or else there will be too much movement and uneven area to heal around. I got my jewerly replaced after learning this fact, a year later, which explained the reason why my pierced never healed fully.
